The Doghouse was opened on Duckworth St. in June 2001 by Susan Wright. Susan chose quality brands and products for the store and today, the Doghouse continues to keep with a healthy and holistic approach to pet food and supplements.
At the Doghouse, we specialize in only the finest natural foods & treats available for your dog or cat. Every food we carry is full of high quality proteins and human-grade ingredients. Our products contain no by-products, or chemicals preservatives. Many of our foods are grain-free and some are also organic.
The companies that produce these foods are all small enterprises that have direct control over their processing facilities. We also carry a large assortment of toy and accessories, many which you will not find at the larger box store pet shops.
